He has an extensive background with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) in tax audits and investigations and was a co-author and instructor for the Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Investigations. Mr. Mwandha is a data scientist skilled in analysing big data for large taxpayers, including telecoms, and has supported multiple African revenue administrations through data matching and analysis projects.
